Established in 1964, School of Education is the oldest School of Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore. SOEd is the only Department of Education in Madhya Pradesh apart from Department of Education, Hari Singh Gour University, Sagar. In recognition to its potential, the State Government conferred the title of Centre of Excellence to SOEd in 1988.
